Evaluate the feasibility of the architecture and technologies related to a business change and ensure consistency and integration with existing and planned architectures as well as business strategies. Identify risks associated with the architecture and technologies and recommend appropriate mitigation solutions Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture artifacts such as Performance, Business, Information, Privacy and Security reference models and enterprise, segment and product architecture roadmap Participate in Business Planning and Product Roadmap Planning Processes, producing business/ IT strategies, target application blueprint, current application interactions Participate in the management, prioritization and assignment of architectural improvements, and the identification of data integration requirements. Analyze technology synergies and integration opportunities with business partners and create plans to realize these opportunities. Conduct assessments of projects' business architecture, process and performances and work to establish and evolve appropriate and efficient policies, rules and guidelines governing the Client's actual and planned arrangements as required on a per project basis. Act as an internal resource regarding trends and emerging technologies and their impact on the organization's and government architectures as well as business strategies. Ensure that solutions are in compliance with and adhere to the organizations standards and protocols with respect to privacy and security of information. Introducing processes, tools, techniques and procedures into the technology environment to support the consistent application of principles, improvement in productivity, efficiency and quality of projects, applications and technical solutions Author and deliver architectural presentations and training sessions to internal and external clients/stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience defining and leading Enterprise Architecture, with focus on Performance, Business, Information, Privacy and Security architecture Proven experience defining governance, policies and procedures and leading business and/or IT transformation initiatives Expertise in areas of business systems analysis; risk analysis and mitigation; process and data modeling - conceptual, logical and physical; metadata management; data/information ownership and stewardship; and data quality methods and processes Superior communicator, both orally and written, and be able to produce clear and concise documentation including: presentation material, design/architecture documents and training material. Be familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle, Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), distributed computing, OOAD and Rational Unified Process. Be knowledgeable in Service Management frameworks (such as ITIL) Solution delivery frameworks (such as CMMI), IT Security principles and solutions applicable to the healthcare sector Solid understanding of Registration and/or Identity Management and Access MBA or PMP designation desired but not required in addition to an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business discipline or equivalent from a recognized institution. Minimum 10 years of experience in Business and/or IT architecture projects
