Looking for an experineced Software Support Analyst. Support is provided by phone, e-mail, or on-site. Candidates must be able to talk to clients articulately and effectively following standard procedures to address issues quickly and successfully. They will also support the development team writing code and in producing documentation for new components, testing new product versions and training clients on the solution.

Qualifications: Excellent communications skills, ability to work under pressure and to deadline are prerequisites. IT qualifications (preferably a University degree) are required, core language programming skills as well as basic UNIX and understanding of TCP/IP networks. At least 2 years experience in the following areas is required: > Coding skills primarily focused on core languages - C, C++, Core Java > Strong Unix skills with Shell, Korn, Bourne etc > Troubleshooting, testing/installing software (very desirable)

> .Net, C#.
