Job Description:
- Business development, company presentations, maintaining new and existing client accounts, pinpoint recruiting
- Intensive market research
- Targeted recruiting efforts (pin-point)
- Professional Growth: Training – attending user-groups, tradeshows, seminars etc.
- Possibility of training and maintaining a Recruitment Consulting team; includes recruiting Recruitment Consultants.

Must Have Skills:
**ON-GOING SEARCH - ALWAYS LOOKING FOR MORE TOP GURUS**
- Recruitment experience that is preferably within the IT sector, Biotechnology, engineering, Executive or relevant sectors
- Managed successful client accounts,or hands-on recruiter preferably while within a Recruiting firm, or comparable discipline (i.e.: service solutions consultants).
- Technical lead experience, managing tech teams, interviewing, professional services, consulting and ability to leverage your tech background to relevant recruitment avenues –high level testing, assessment, etc)
- Experience with Internet technologies (IE, Netscape, Search Engines, User-groups), related s/w applications
- Entire Ms Office Suite, Windows (NT 2,000, XP), networking, and Applicant Tracking Systems, wireless devices
- Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization (ideally Fortune 100 & 500s)
- Successful Account / Project Management experience.
- Experience with business development, marketing, and sales.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communications
- Must have a desire to expend your energy towards offering both candidates and clients a very high quality of service
- Ability to deliver!
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with IT / Biotechnology/Engineering, technical/project development
- Clear comprehension of recruiting, a big picture comprehensive mindset, and experience with start-up through to enterprise organizations’ hiring and retention strategies.
- Relevant University or College degree or related/applicable experience.
- Desire to take the recruitment service to the next level.
- Experienced with building, selling, or using ATS (Applicant Tracking systems or HRIS etc.)
